We recognize the unique journeys individuals take in exploring their relationship with alcohol and drugs. Mines for Recovery and Awareness seeks to provide an inclusive and compassionate space for all students, whether you’re sober-curious, sober by choice, in recovery, or simply seeking to better understand and support those around you. For the spring semester, meetings take place every Thursday from 4-5pm in the Wellness Center 2nd Floor Conference Room. (Straight across from the stairs/elevator on the 2nd floor.) All students are welcome to attend to voice their ideas, concerns, and feedback with your Undergraduate Student Government.  Attend Senate meetings every week! Sitting in on Senate meetings allows you to voice your concerns, or learn about our current projects being worked on. Sit down with your class representatives, class president, or governing body representative and learn more about projects and initiatives that impact you.

Society of Women in Physics is a student organization centered on providing a welcoming place for gender minorities in physics. We discuss physics culture, career journeys, and create an open area for socialization within the department. SWiP is open to anyone, and all meetings are catered! We meet the fourth Thursday of every month in CK 282, 6-7pm.
